Shipping + International Order:

Most orders will ship out within the next 3 days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, thedistrictfactory.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.

All U.S orders = Free Shipping

International Orders = $8 to $30

Please be aware that with international orders you may be liable for import and/or custom duties on your order. You will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. These are not Collect On Duty (COD) charges, they are taxes and duties charged in your country and are not related to The District Factory specifically. All taxes and duties charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by The District Factory for any reason.
